Processing:

Unwinding—Sewing machine—Roller—Tension machine——Decreasing—Pool for clean—dry—Chromated—Primer coating—Oven for dry—Surface paint—Dry again totally—Wind&cool—The correction machine—Rolling up—Package—Stocks or sales.

Unwinding: responsible for output substrate with machine rate.

Sewing: connect the beginning and the ending of the material, ensure the stable operation.

Tension: make the substrate running normally, keep away from the scratch.

Decreasing: clean the oil and inpurities on the surface of substrate, keep it away from the scratch.

Primer: primer(5micron)&back coating(5-8micron)complete this process.

Surface paint: Ral k-7 standard, main color coated, 13-17 microns. 

Dry and cool: important parts, make it dry and ready enough for using.

Correction machine: main function is to prevent the deviation between the devices and steel roller.

Rolling up: based on electronic signal, achieve the quality requirements.

Package: Steel strips, metal covers, water proof paper, protective steel sheet inside ID and outside ID. Or as you wish.
